ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Every item sold on dripwithdiggs.tv is final sale. There are no refunds, no cancellations once production begins, and no returns for money back. Customers may be eligible for an approved exchange of the same product only, as described below.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from Drip With Diggs / Diggs & Co. ("we", "us", "our") through dripwithdiggs.tv. By checking the agreement box and completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including the all-sales-final and made-to-order policies. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
All Drip With Diggs diamond jewelry is custom made to order. Nothing is pulled from a shelf — each pair is produced for you after your order is placed, in the exact carat weight, shade, and setting you select. Production typically begins within 24–72 hours of payment.
Once payment (including any deposit) is received and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. The materials and labor are committed to your specific order and are not recoverable by us. A deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
3. All Sales Final — No Refunds
All sales are final. This applies to all products sold on this site, including custom jewelry, Diamond Dazzler™ cleaning solutions, grillz services, and any digital or promotional items. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or chargeback accommodations for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, delayed delivery caused by the carrier, or buyer's remorse.
4. Approved Exchanges Only
If there is a genuine defect or a manufacturing error with your item, you are entitled to request an approved exchange for the same product. The process is:
- Email us first at info@dripwithdiggs.tv with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Wait for written approval. Nothing may be shipped back to us before your exchange is approved in writing.
- Once approved, we will provide a dedicated return address. The address printed on your shipping box is not the return address — returns go to a separate manufacturer facility, and that address is never published on this website. It is issued only with an approved exchange.
- Any item sent without written approval, or sent to the address on the box, will not be processed, credited, or returned.
- Approved exchanges are fulfilled as the same product. We correct the defect and reproduce or repair your original item. Exchanges are not made for a different style, carat weight, shade, or product, and are never converted to cash, credit, or refund.
5. Product Descriptions, Diamonds & Metals
All diamonds sold by Drip With Diggs are lab-grown. Standard quality is G color, VS2 clarity, with IGI certification where noted. Stud base metal is 925 sterling silver, finished in White, Yellow, or Rose. All carat weight (CTW) figures refer to the combined total carat weight of the pair. Because stones and finishes are produced individually, minor natural variation in appearance is normal and is not a defect.
On-ear size guides are illustrations intended to help you compare carat weights. They are not exact-scale representations and cannot form the basis of an exchange claim.
6. Pricing, Payment & Promotions
Prices are in USD and may change at any time. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify; we do not store your card details. Promotional codes (such as code FREE for a complimentary Diamond Dazzler Combo Set) are limited-time offers, may not be combined, and have no cash value. Promotional and gifted items are not eligible for exchange.
7. Shipping, Risk & Delivery
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and delay passes to the carrier and the shipping address you provided. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly, packages marked delivered but reported missing, or customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
8. Cleaning Products & Safe Use
Diamond Dazzler™ products must be used exactly as directed. They are not recommended for porous or treated stones such as pearls, opal, turquoise, coral, or emerald. Follow the Jewelry Care Guide. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, or by use on materials we advise against.
8B. 30-Day Limited Cleaner Warranty
The Diamond Dazzler™ Ultrasonic UV Jewelry Cleaner carries a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If the machine arrives dead on arrival, or stops powering on or running a cycle within 30 days under normal household use, email info@dripwithdiggs.tv with your order number, a photo of the unit, and a short video showing the issue.
Approved claims are covered by a replacement unit of the same colorway while supplies last. If no replacement unit is available, the machine portion of your order is resolved at our discretion. This warranty covers the machine only. It does not cover the cleaning solutions, brush, cloth, or any jewelry.
Not covered: damage from drops, misuse, overfilling, running the unit dry, use of solvents or bleach, opening or modifying the unit, commercial or professional-volume use, cosmetic wear, and any claim made more than 30 days after delivery.
This warranty is not insurance for your jewelry. The machine is optional; Diamond Dazzler™ Deep Clean works effectively by hand. An ultrasonic machine cleans jewelry, it does not sterilize or disinfect it. Supervised use only: one 15-minute cycle at a time, three cycles maximum for a total of 45 minutes, and never soak jewelry overnight. You are responsible for confirming a piece is appropriate for ultrasonic cleaning before use. See the Jewelry Care Guide.
9. Content, Trademarks & Editorial
All site content — articles, photography, video, and design — is owned by Drip With Diggs / Diggs & Co. or licensed to us, and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Diamond Dazzler™ is a trademark of Diggs & Co. Editorial content and jewelry education are informational and are not appraisals or investment advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question, and is satisfied by an approved exchange of the same product where applicable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before filing any dispute or payment chargeback, you agree to contact us at info@dripwithdiggs.tv and allow 15 business days to resolve the matter. Filing a chargeback on a final-sale, made-to-order item is a breach of these Terms.
12. Changes & Contact
