Production Time (Made to Order)

Diamond jewelry is produced after you order, in your exact carat weight and shade. Typical production is 7–14 business days before shipping. Production begins within 24–72 hours of payment, and once it begins the order cannot be cancelled or refunded — see our Return & Exchange Policy. Diamond Dazzler™ cleaning products ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods

Jewelry ships insured with tracking and may require a signature. Timelines quoted at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery Responsibility

Please double-check your address at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss, theft, and delay passes to the carrier and the address you provided. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, or marked delivered and later reported missing, though we will help you file a carrier claim.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Refused or undeliverable international packages are not refunded.

Returns Address

The address on your shipping box is not a return address. Approved exchanges ship to a separate manufacturer facility, and that address is issued only after your exchange is approved by email.
