What We Collect

Order and contact details you give us (name, email, shipping address, phone), messages you send through our contact, wholesale, and affiliate forms, newsletter sign-ups, Drip Awards votes and nominations, and basic technical data such as device type, pages viewed, and a truncated IP address used to keep voting fair.

Payments

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number. Shopify processes payment data under its own privacy terms.

How We Use It

To produce and ship your made-to-order items, provide customer support and approved exchanges, prevent fraud and duplicate voting, send newsletters and offers you opted into, and improve the site.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate: Shopify (commerce), our jewelry manufacturers and fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, email delivery services, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may stop working.
