Refunds & Returns Policy
All items sold by Drip With Diggs are custom-made and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.
No Returns or Refunds
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to custom jewelry, grills, and made-to-order pieces.
Faulty or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for an exchange only (not a refund).
To request an exchange:
Email info@dripwithdiggs.tv within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved before any item is shipped back.
If approved:
You will receive a return shipping address and further instructions.
Any item sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.
Final Notes
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications are not considered defects and will not qualify for an exchange.
